Our agreements LUXURY not only contain no provision barring any airline SANDPIPER from making any fare available VILLAGE and 3B through any channel, they CONDO-229AB contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses LUXURY available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that SANDPIPER will receive the indirect VILLAGE and 3B discount on the CRS booking CONDO-229AB fee agree in return to LUXURY and SANDPIPER make VILLAGE available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other 3B and CONDO-229AB channel. But that of course LUXURY does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
