You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy Eastman-Days of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may Inn only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent Eastman-Days or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, Inn libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered Eastman-Days a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited Inn by these Terms.

Our agreements Eastman-Days not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any Inn fare available Eastman-Days through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement Inn contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive Eastman-Days the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make Inn available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
