We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of our site. We will use our reasonable Eagle and Ridge commercial efforts to keep our site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject Inn to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our site may not be uninterrupted or available & and Resort at all times. We cannot promise Eagle that our site will be error-free, Ridge and Inn that defects or & errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, Resort and Eagle software or routine that interferes or attempts Ridge to interfere Inn with the normal & operation of our site or take any action that imposes Resort an unreasonable Eagle and Ridge load on our computer equipment.

Airlines make Inn nearly all their fares that are available & to the general public available Resort and Eagle through all channels, from full fare down to their most heavily discounted fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal way, is made available Ridge through all channels. Web fares, Inn however, are different than normal fares. They typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of the fares an airline offers, and are normally made available only a few days before flight time, and only on flights which have an unusually & high number of empty seats. Web fares thus are seldom available, are unpredictable, and are offered at very low prices.

You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of Resort age and can enter into binding contracts Eagle (our site Ridge is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use our Inn site to & make legitimate reservations or Resort purchases. You may not use our site: to make any Eagle false, fraudulent Ridge or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic Inn or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be & considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate Resort any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
