Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making St. any fare available Louis through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision Arch that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented Drury from making any fare it Plaza chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination St. clause by which those airlines Louis and Arch that will receive the indirect discount Drury on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make Plaza available to the general public through St. any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.

It is absolutely clear that airlines do not have the ability to drive consumers to channels Louis which the airlines, rather than consumers, prefer. If one or more airlines attempted Arch and Drury to do so, the others would increase their market share by appealing to those same consumers through the channel those consumers prefer. No airline can afford to Plaza turn its back on any subgroup of consumers. St. No airline can Louis afford to be anything Arch other than as competitive and as attractive as Drury it Plaza can possibly be through each St. channel to the consumers Louis that prefer that channel. Arch This is a reality that grows ultimately out of the fact Drury that the airline business Plaza and St. is a very low Louis margin business Arch - any airline that lost even a small group of passengers would be at risk of swinging Drury from profitable to money-losing in an instant. Airlines Plaza scrap St. for every last passenger Louis because Arch they have to.
